Dear interested public,

I would like to invite you to this year's Annual General Meeting. This will take place on 30 May at 2 pm to 4 pm at the Nachbarschaftstreff Trudering (Bajuwarenstraße 92, 81825 Munich). The following topics are on the agenda:

1. Welcome by the Executive Board

2. Determination of the proper convening, the quorum of the general meeting and the appointment of the keeper of the minutes

3. Report from the school

4. Reorganisation of the association

5. Acceptance of the annual reports and discharge of the Executive Board

6. Election of the Board of Directors

   1. Election of the Chairperson(s)

   2. Election of the deputy chairperson(s)

   3. Election of the treasurer

7. Miscellaneous

Important: If items are to be added to the agenda, these must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors at least one week before the meeting so that it can still add them to the agenda.

We kindly ask you to attend the meeting in good numbers and on time.
